Q. What is Operation G.L.O.B.E.?
A. It's our Annual Faith Promise Missions Conference services in the evenings with workshops and classes in the mornings for church planting missionaries. Missionaries can come, set up their display, and worship with us as our hearts are challenged by a man of God in the area of World Missions. Then, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning, we will conduct workshops dealing with essential topics such as...

All sessions will be taught by experienced veterans. This Conference could make a world of difference in your ministry on the field. Dear Missionary,
When I arrived in South Africa in March of 2001, I realized that I faced the greatest challenge of my life - starting a New Testament Baptist church from scratch! Though I had been saved since the age of 4, raised in a pastor's home and on 2 separate mission fields, been through Bible College, served on staff and been through my Mission Board's Orientation, I was still overwhelmed at the challenges of mission work. Since that time, I have had a burden to help missionaries better prepare themselves for the task of church planting.
God has allowed this burden to become a reality with the concept of Operation G.L.O.B.E. (Growing Leaders of Biblical Evangelism). It is my earnest desire that you would take advantage of this great opportunity to meet with veteran missionaries and get some serious, one-on-one advice and help in the pertinent areas of church planting. Am I an expert? Hardly! Five and a half years is not nearly enough time to know everything there is to learn about church planting. But I did learn some invaluable things in my tenure on the mission field and am willing to share what God has taught me, along with several other highly qualified, experienced missionaries. We want to help you be more effective as a missionary.
