Dear Missionary,
When I arrived in South Africa in March of 2001, I realized that I faced the greatest challenge of my life - starting a New Testament Baptist church from scratch! Though I had been saved since the age of 4, raised in a pastor's home and on 2 separate mission fields, been through Bible College, served on staff and been through my Mission Board's Orientation, I was still overwhelmed at the challenges of mission work. Since that time, I have had a burden to help missionaries better prepare themselves for the task of church planting.
God has allowed this burden to become a reality with the concept of Operation G.L.O.B.E. (Growing Leaders of Biblical Evangelism). Operation G.L.O.B.E. 2008 was a huge blessing to the missionaries that came. Don't miss out on this opportunity to further your understanding of the practical elements of church planting.
